archive.org previews sometimes are not the 2160p it says it is, that is because it is a lower quality copy that was auto-generated. if you download the videos, they will be full quality. very rarely is an mp4 file larger than 1080p, so if you want something in 1440p or 2160p it will be in a webm or mkv file. if it is confusing just download the .mkv file, that will be best quality guaranteed
